Little Theater Company production of the PATTERSON GREENE comedy "PAPA IS ALL" at the Playhouse Theatre in Louisville, Kentucky. (The Original Broadway production opened January 6th, 1942 at the Guild Theatre in New York City and ran for only 63 performances before going on the road.) ..... The ensemble cast included Mrs. EDWARD L. STRATER, JOSEPH DIGNAN, JAMES WAKEFIELD, Mrs. JAMES WAKEFIELD, FRANK CASSELL and ROY E. FINNEGAN ..... ..... DETAILS: The twenty page playbill measures 6" X 9" inches and includes full production credits, cast list, synopsis of scenes and wonderful vintage advertising, but no cast photos or bios ..... CONDITION: (Please Note!) There are rust marks at the staples, light soiling and the top section of an inside page has been removed (shown in the second scanned image). Despite these flaws, this rare playbill will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
