I love American tubes, and I bet you do too, but if there's anything that meets or exceeds them it would be Dutch, English, and German tubes.  These are "Made In W. Germany" RCA-branded tubes.  Maybe one of you can identify which German manufacturer?  Let me know!
On my Sencore Mighty Mite tester, each side of each tube measured at about 110 (see pictures).  I've never had any preamp tubes measure higher than that, so I believe they're delivering full emissions.  No returns.  Fast, safe shipping!
