. This item is for the 1/8" (3mm) 16-30 sheet capacity size (Sheet capacity is based on 20lbs paper). We have all of the other spine sizes listed as separate products.
These covers are a gloss white that can be printed on with a laser printer. The printer must be capable of handling 11" wide paper. After you print on the cover, you simply stick a glue strip (included) in the spine of the cover. Then you will need a thermal binding machine in order to bind them. Thermal binding machines are inexpensive. We have several machines listed on ebay, and even more at thermobinding.com.
